The AXP Xtrem wraps tightly around the frame and extends all the way back to the foot pegs, shielding the frame, cases, water pump, and linkage in one piece. Built from 8 mm thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it absorbs impacts without transferring vibrations to the chassis or deforming under repeated hits. At 1.4 kg, it runs 30–40% lighter than an equivalent aluminum plate while outlasting carbon fiber alternatives.
