Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — uninstalled, in its original condition and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@av85.lv. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs in full. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be sent to:
HV23 SIA
Muiznieku street 13, Ane
Cenu pag., Jelgavas nov.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@av85.lv if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right product is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be uninstalled, in its original condition and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@av85.lv.
