It mounts to the front frame at four points and uses alloy brackets at the rear — attaching to the unused center stand pivots — so the engine itself is never stressed by the mounting hardware. Tank protection is built in, removing the need for separate crash bars.

8mm HDPE (high-density polyethylene) construction — weighs 3.7 kg

Does not deform under impact and dampens rock noise better than alloy plates

Mounts at four front frame points plus rear alloy brackets using the unused center stand pivots

Integrated tank protection eliminates the need for separate crash bars

Anti-mud guard included

Decal kit included

Fitment

KTM 790 Adventure 2019–2021

KTM 790 Adventure R 2019–2021

KTM 890 Adventure 2021–2023

KTM 890 Adventure R 2021–2023

Note: Uses the center stand pivot points — not compatible with aftermarket center stands.
